2025: A Year of Growth, Knowledge Sharing, and Community Impact
As 2025 comes to a close, it’s a great moment to pause and reflect on a year full of learning, collaboration, and meaningful milestones. This year was all about one thing: helping IT professionals grow their skills, confidence, and careers in the Microsoft ecosystem.
Empowering IT Professionals Through Microsoft Training
At Systemplus Information Services, 2025 was a strong year for technical education. Through structured training paths and hands-on labs, we supported IT professionals who wanted to move from theory to real-world implementation—especially around Microsoft 365, Security, and Modern Workplace technologies.
A major focus this year was helping administrators and engineers understand not just how Microsoft technologies work, but why they matter in real production environments. From identity protection to endpoint security and compliance, the goal was always practical knowledge that can be applied on Monday morning.
Microsoft 365 Admin School: From Learning to Transformation
One of the highlights of 2025 was the continued evolution of the Microsoft 365 Admin School. The program matured into a complete learning journey for professionals who want to specialize in Microsoft 365 administration and security.
Throughout the year, we focused on:
-
Real-world scenarios instead of exam-only theory
-
Addressing common objections and challenges faced by experienced IT pros
-
Bridging the gap between certifications and day-to-day operational skills
Seeing participants gain clarity, confidence, and career direction was one of the most rewarding parts of the year.
Recognition from Microsoft: Microsoft Most Valuable Professional (MVP)
One of the most meaningful moments of 2025 was being awarded the Microsoft Most Valuable Professional (MVP) distinction directly by Microsoft.
This recognition reflects consistent contributions to the technical community—through training, speaking, content creation, and real-world guidance—and reinforces the responsibility to continue sharing knowledge with integrity, depth, and practical value. It’s an honor that belongs as much to the community as it does to the individual.
Webinars, Content, and Knowledge Sharing
In 2025, online learning played a central role. Through free webinars, technical sessions, and educational content, we connected with a wider audience of IT professionals who are eager to stay current in a rapidly evolving Microsoft landscape.
Topics like Microsoft Security, Defender XDR, Conditional Access, and modern IT administration generated strong engagement—proving once again that security and identity remain top priorities for organizations of all sizes.
Speaking at Community and Industry Events
Community involvement remained a key pillar of my activities in 2025. Speaking at events such as Microsoft Sinergija 2025 was a great opportunity to exchange ideas, share real-world experiences, and discuss emerging technologies like Microsoft Security Copilot.
These events are always a reminder that learning works best when it’s shared. The discussions, questions, and follow-up conversations are often just as valuable as the sessions themselves.
Looking Ahead
2025 reinforced a simple truth: continuous learning is not optional in IT—it’s essential. As Microsoft technologies continue to evolve, so does the responsibility to guide professionals through change with clarity and honesty.
Looking ahead, the focus remains the same:
-
High-quality technical education
-
Real-world security and Microsoft 365 expertise
-
Stronger communities of skilled IT professionals
Thank you to everyone who attended a session, joined a webinar, enrolled in a program, or simply followed along. 2025 was a year of momentum—and the journey is just getting started.
